Because building successful, vibrant
and engaged communities is our specialty

comuh reduces the entire cycle it would take companies to study and apply this strategy internally. Through the efficiency of Community as a Service (CaaS), we allocate and plug in squads of community professionals, managing them in a way that accelerates the achievement of business goals and objectives and delivers value to community members. We replace recruitment, labor risks and high headcount costs with a specialist team that reduces risk and cost, speeds up the implementation of the community strategy and delivers results.

Our process

1. education
Business

Every CaaS project starts with a Masterclass with C-levels and Stakeholders, for top-down strategic alignment.

2. Community Design

Assessment of company and members. Delivery of the diagnosis and MVC (Minimum Viable Community) with design of experiences, programs and governance.

3. Launch and Implementation

Allocation of a professional (or team) specializing in communities to manage and moderate the rituals and content, providing support as it grows.

4. Monitoring and Control

Monitoring community performance metrics to ensure that adjustments to the strategy are made in line with new opportunities and challenges that arise and promote sustainable scale.
